Eng. Mahdi Al-Haider, founder and CEO of the company. Eng. Mahdi was able to hold many positions in a number of major companies during his work for more than 25 years. He held leadership positions and established a number of companies. He succeeded in managing many local and regional projects that achieved continuous success. Under his supervision, this is what led him to the necessary knowledge to establish and manage this entity with high quality to meet the needs of the contracting and business market.

Mr. Salem Al-Haider is a founding member and He holds the position of General Manager of the company. Mr. Salem was able to gain practical experience during his work for more than 15 years in leadership positions and supervising huge projects in several leading companies, which provided him with the necessary knowledge to establish, manage and build a high-quality entity to meet the needs of the contracting and business market.

Eng. Mohammad Shahjahan holds the position of Senior Project Manager for the company. Eng. Mohammad has been able to work in the Saudi market with more than 45 years of experience in all contracting works. He has specialized in undertaking complex and unique tasks and projects in various companies, as he worked for 27 years with the giant contracting company(Binladin) and many distinguished consulting offices.

Eng. Mohammed Al-Haidar is a founding member and Deputy Director General of the Real Estate Development Sector. also holds the position of Project Manager and has held many leadership positions for giant projects in the Western Region of all types (residential infrastructure projects).

Eng.Abdul Rahman Ahmed Al Sbaee holds the position of project manager for the company with more than 22 years of experience. Eng. Abdul Rahman has been able to work in the Saudi labor market for more than 10 years, during which he held many executive positions for a number of specific projects in the public and private contracting activity.

Mr. Rakan Mosleh Al-Abbas holds the position of project manager Mr. Rakan held more than one administrative from quality and sales management to managing giant real estate development projects in other during his work Saudi market.
